The Palos Health and Fitness Center offers one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts specifically designed for each individual’s needs. Being located within a medically based facility, our mission is to accomodate all ages and fitness levels, allowing everyone to experience the benefits of fitness and health education.

- I want my clients to enjoy, and get the most out of their workout. I think the best way to do so is by keeping workouts new and exciting every time. I like to show them exercises that they have never done before.
