Parkinson’s Exercise

An exercise program designed to help slow the progression of Parkinson’s and improve quality of life. Major areas to be addressed are balance, coordination, flexibility, range of motion, gait, posture and relaxation. The group setting allows for social interaction with others living with Parkinson’s.
Classes will meet twice per week for six weeks—once on land and once in the water. Dates and times vary.
