By using gentle seated poses, standard poses and floor work, Prenatal Yoga will help you feel comfortable, relaxes and fit during your pregnancy. Through deep breathing techniques, your focus and concentration will improve to help ease labor and delivery.

Gentle yoga poses will help reduce fatigue, tension and tightness, while also improving circulation. Massage techniques will be introduced to minimize fatigue and provide soothing stress relief.

This class is also proven to be VERY helpful in preventing Postpartum Depression.
