Palos Health & Fitness Center offers a wide variety of individualized, medically directed health education lifestyle programs. Interdisciplinary teams of health and fitness professionals conduct all the programs.
Here’s just a sampling of the programs we offer:
Group Exercise
Yoga
Through various postures and breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to relax, strengthen and soothe your body and mind, and increase your flexibility and strength.
Group Cycling
The most fun you’ll ever have without going anywhere. Riding a stationary bicycle in a group-based class, you’ll burn calories quickly in a fun, upbeat environment.
Aerobics
We offer a wide variety of classes such as: Dance Aerobics, Low-Impact Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Step and introductory courses for beginners. Ask an instructor to help you select the class that’s right for you.
Aquatics
From peaceful Water Tai Chi to high-energy Aqua Challenge, our aqua classes help you take full advantage of your water-based workouts. Or have fun in a team-spirited approach by joining our Masters Swim Program. Private swim lessons are available for the beginner to the advanced. Spend quality time with the entire family during Family swim.

Nutritional Counseling
Good nutrition is key to your overall fitness. Our programs cover food preparation techniques, family meal planning, proper eating behaviors, and much more. No matter your age or health challenges, you’ll be sure to find the perfect program for your specific needs. Dietitians are also available for private and group counseling sessions.
Special Classes
Aside from our regularly scheduled programs, we offer specialized activities like ballroom dancing, Tai Chi, Marathon Training seminars, self-defense classes, cooking classes and many others.
